Copyright regarding pictures sent to Cust’Art :
By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order. And we have the right to make it available to Cust’Art for all the purposes specified above.
You indemnify Cust’Art against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Cust’Art as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and you waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the site and the purposes specified above.
Use of content :
You may not use the content of our website in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorised use of the images may violate Copyright Laws, Trademark Laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy :
Because we are creating an artwork specially for you, we wont accept any cancellation or would we refund you, once your order has been accepted. However this does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment :
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges.
For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union; any applicable duties for the import of products into chosen countries from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer.
By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own, or is being used with full authorisation of the card holder.
We accept payment by most credit and debit cards. All credit and debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

Our credit and debit card facilities are totally secure, however, if you would like to place an order and pay with a cheque, then please phone us on 02476 680 819 during office hours - which are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. However we have to wait 4-7 days for clearance before proceeding with your order.
Refusal of Transaction :
We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into contracts under English law you must:
