How can I send my photo to you ?

DIGITAL PHOTO : 

by uploading : The best way is to upload it to our server through the order form.

We can accept files up to 20mb in size.

The format : Use the super fine setting or the highest resolution available to you. Ideally the size should be no smaller than 500 kb for best printing resolutions. Suitable file formats include .jpg,.gif or .bmp.

by email : save it with JPEG file compression to create a file of a suitable size that should not be smaller than 100 Kb and ideally, at least 500 kb big.

PAPER PHOTO :

You can scan the photo to a minimum resolution of 150 pixels/inch (ppi) or higher, 300 ppi is preferable and by creating a file of suitable size of at least 500 kb .

Send your photo to :  Cust'Art 34 rue du Gal Leclerc 67600 Ebersmunster France.
Insert the picture between 2 stiff cardboard supports to avoid any folding.
As soon as we have done your scan, we'll send the photo back to your address, which must be on the back of the photo.
